I wish you could rate the store and the delivery service separately. Because the delivery service would not get any stars!! I have purchased 2 leather reclining sofas from Oak Furniture Land. They were delivered last week. My neighbour was present when the sofas were delivered. The delivery men could not get the boxes through the front door so they had to take the furniture out of the boxes to get them into the home. This is a good thing because they were going to leave the boxes and not unpack them. They only partially assembled the furniture and the 3 seater has a gap between one of the sections. when my neighbour pointed this out the delivery men shrugged their shoulder and said it was nothing to do with them!!

We should have a had a free gift delivered at the same time as the sofas. But, this was not delivered to us.

I have tried several times to contact the store but they do not seem to be answering their phone!!!

This shop will tell you that the finance date starts a month from the date of collection/delivery, please note this is complete rubbish and they will deny it when the finance company charges you for missed payments. The date of the actual finance will be the date of purchase. They also tell you that you can have anything in the shop for free when purchased I.e clocks, lamps etc but when you choose your item it instantly becomes display only and make you choose another item.
They tell you it's new stock were as it can't be due to the amount of dust and damage that the packaging has on them.
Please avoid this store like the plague.

Good choice. But wierd payment policy.. refused 850 deposit on 1700 cash deal. If you do not want credit they want the lot upfront ! Beware, they want endless id docs if you donot drive!. Their loss, we bought elsewhere who were happy to take our cash with balance before delivery.

Fantastic service. I went in to look for bookshelves to compliment some furniture I already have. I already had measurements and photos of what I needed it to go with. I explained to the lady what I was looking for and she showed me some that matched my requirements and helped me to narrow it down to what was the best fit. I needed to go home and look at what changes I would need to make to accomodate the best option. There was no hard sell. I returned later and double checked on colour and the size then went ahead with my order. No pressure from staff at all just friendly and very helpful. I went to the Tamworth Store and would highly recommend them.

Shop was fair enough good selection and competitive... But,,, delivery is a total shambles. Waited 3 months for a sofa and delivery date come between 7am and 10am. At 9.30 had a call to say sorry but we haven't got a full sofa for you and will have to arrange another date in the future. Doesn't help that we have nothing to sit on as we removed the old one the evening before. £50 delivery for a service like this is totally unacceptable. Be warned before using the service.

If you don’t like people bothering you and following you around whilst you look, asking you questions even after you make it clear you don’t want help, this place isn’t for you. The sales team were very pushy and rude during my experience.

Staff way too pushy. Furniture expensive. Will not be visiting again
