What a fantastic sales person, Hazel was amazing after my wife kept changing her mind.

Brought some great looking furniture here for bedroom and experience was good friendly staff

Appalling shop. Ordered a couch which we were promised was in stock. Waited in all day on the delivery date for nothing to arrive and no phone call to let us know.
Went to the store and arranged another delivery and the same thing happened again. No contact from the company, no couch, nothing!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE, they lie and will not deliver!

Will never order anything from them again. 19.11.2019 ordered in march still waiting for a not damaged sofa and chairs. I'm lost for words what an awful company today the 2nd delivery was due the driver phoned to tell me that it had a great big cut in the sofa, promised a call back but did you know Harvey's don't call anyone you have to call them

Helpful and friendly staff and great choice of sofas. After weeks of looking around it was here me and my wife found the one we could agree on.
