After an initial delay with delivery of the furniture i ordered, it finally arrived and i am very pleased with the quality.
Customer service is exceptional. Response time was same day and usually within a couple of hours. Always looking to work with the customer. Would purchase again from this company.

Ordered TV unit 25/06/22. £456.
Have not received goods despite promises of delivery! Requested refund and have been ignored. Do not purchase from this store. Shocking customer service.

Sofa web details didn't make clear that the item had a 4 months+ leading time. This was buried at the end of the page. Once found out, i tried unsuccessfully to cancel the order, as they claimed it was "made to order" while i argued that since the sofa didn't yet exist and wouldn't be made for a few more months, the order could have well been cancelled. So i waited 3 more months not even knowing if i would have received the sofa, which i did at the end. The shops keeps collecting bad reviews for the same reasons and yet the owner doesn't think to change their website or practices, so it looks they are happy like this, trap customers in to orders that would take 4+ months to get delivered and hide behind the excuse of the "made to order" law to prevent the customer from cancelling the order.
Still roughly 4 months after my complaint, the website looks exactly the same, so they prefer to deal with complaints and keep the high volumes of orders rather than adopt more transparent practices. I decided to increase the stars of the review because at the end i got the sofa but i am pretty sure the owner who will read this would know precisely what i am talking about and just go on to sell the same way.
Had they shown genuine understanding, they would have changed the description on the website and made the leading time very visible and i would have changed the review to positive. But obviously they have no interest in doing that.

From the offset, Taf was brilliant and so helpful. From our first visit to the store to choose the perfect sofa, he was so helpful, going through answering all our questions and pointing us in he right direction. He was patient whilst we made our minds up & was honest regarding Christmas delivery times. Although we was given up to a 4 week wait, we had our sofa sat in our living room within a week of ordering and paying. We couldn’t have asked for better timing with it and certainly couldn’t have asked for a better service. Would recommend and use again 100%.

Amazing service from Taff, he gave us the space we needed to have a look around and then came and gave us advice when needed. He helped us find the perfect sofa for our awkward space and made sure we were making the right decisions based on the purpose of it. Really helpful but not over the top which is what we prefer!

INV1660. You are unable to supply us the sofa we ordered and have repeatedly promised to fully refund the monies paid to you. We have not received this payment and you are not responding to our efforts to resolve. Kindly process this refund with immediate effect. Order was in the name of Daniel Williams and you appear to have blocked him from leaving a poor review.

A frustrating experience, of unreliable delivery companies over 3 months. Resulting in a refund. Thankfully Taf has been a helpful and understanding contact despite all the difficulties.

Highly recommend The Furniture Megastore. Lots of choice and everything was really good quality, extremely friendly staff. The gentleman made purchasing a pleasure. Good knowledge on there products and explaining the purchase and delivery etc.Very helpful, lots of banter - but still professional and made choosing a sofa stress free.
