Eyres Of Mansfield

Amazing service. I have bought from Eyres on numerous occasions and every time the buying experience and service has been nothing but exceptional. We had an issue with one product which was a small manufacturing fault and Eyres couldn't have been more accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure the problem was rectified, quickly and to our satisfaction. I've recommended John and his store to many friends and relatives whom have all said that they were delighted with the selection of furniture, price and service. A great family firm who offer the personal touch with great product knowledge, rather than the commission seeking furniture chains who charge a premium for sub-standard furniture. If you are after quality furniture at an affordable price then head down to Eyres you won't be disappointed!!!!

HORRENDOUS! I ordered 5 pieces of furniture to the value of almost £3000 from the MANSFIELD branch of Eyres on behalf of my mother. I walked around the store with the salesman & found the exact matching style and colour & clearly said that this was the same colour as mums existing furniture and even showed him a photo of mums furniture on my phone to ensure no mistakes. I asked him could you make the new order the same colour as this piece here now & he said yes. We were told that the delivery time would be around 6 weeks BUT NO it took 3 months but not only that it was the wrong colour ... UNBELIEVABLE ... the salesman then blamed me for ordering the wrong colour even though we both walked around his showroom together & picked the exact matching colour to what my mum already owned. We then arranged for the furniture to be re collected which was most inconvenient and for the correct coloured furniture to be re delivered which took another 3 months ... so 6 months in total we waited for the items to be delivered.
We were offered NO compensation at all but we're just given excuse after excuse as to why it took so long to get what was a fairly simple order right ... TRULY SHOCKING service ...
The order was placed at the end of Nov 2016 and when FINALLY it was correct it was delivered at the end of may 2017 ... APPALLING

Lovely Furniture shop, lots of choices, quality is a mixture depends on price. Some pieces expensive but quality . Has a few sale items at moment. X

Loved the suites and beds. Left to look around not pestered by salesmen

Excellent shop, well worth a visit.
We shopped around, travelling some miles and still ended up back at Eyres in Mansfield.
Choice, price and quality could not be beaten for the items we wanted.

Lovely furniture store and great customer service from both branches, but in particular from John and Paula at Mansfield. Ordered a sofa from Mansfield but unfortunately when it arrived there was a manufacturing fault. However the issue was sorted within a matter of days to our complete satisfaction. Will definitely be going back to them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful range of furniture, very pleasant shop,staff helpful but not pushy.Will be going back for a second,longer,look.

Wonderful staff fab after sales service too, our Hypnos bed and Parker Knoll suite are lovely
