Never ever ever again will I order from harveys!

Day of purchase, helpful staff but they are taking your money! Now I need a refund due to two faulty sofa's I've waitied ovr a month for collection, two arranged dates and nobody turned up, 5 hours of calls on hold and the sofa still sits in my lounge and they have my money!

Leather sofa due for delivery on 29 th of November delivery cancelled on 26th !! We had already given our old sofa to charity when advised of delivery date so we are now on 2 dining room chairs two more deliveries cancelled by text messages unable to contact customer service as lines jammed and an average 20 mins wait with message saying due to high number of calls etc !! 3 emails now unanswered even one responding to there request for all our order details We finally got delivery on 18th of December some 20 days late; dont forget you pay for delivery with HARVEYS ! a promise of compensation was made but yes you guessed nothing happened
This is the worst company we have ever shopped with ever and we would neve step foot in the showroom again

On the day of delivery I was told the order had not been placed, even though I had spoken to them 3 times during the wait? I was told I would simply have to wait another 15 weeks, NO! I told them to cancel the order, then oh surprise surprise someone has just pushed back their order, the same exact order, colour and configuration as mine (Brooklyn) what a Surprise!

Apparently the sofa was being delivered to store in a couple of days as this sofa was going to a person that lived down a lane lorries couldn’t reach so was being delivered by a local courier, when the sofa came it was covered in a single piece of plastic which they took off on the Luton van?, no care about dropping it in the street then? It had no care/safety labels or instructions, the only label mine had was a price tag on the left recliner? Why would a sofa that has come from a warehouse have a price tag on? the buttons on one of the recliners also came faded and cup holders were all scratched, after 2 DAYS! One of the recliners started playing up and wouldn’t go back down, you had to turn it off and on by the switch then it would go down. They lied and told me I wasn’t entitled to a refund, after 2 days of delivery, YES I WAS! They flat out denied me my consumer rights!

Iv been to hell and back with Harvey’s over this sofa, their customer services are the worst I have ever dealt with, it takes over an hour to get through each time you call and every member of staff contradicts the last! They simply don’t deal with Compalints and just tell you to go to the furniture ombudsman.

I had it confirmed to me by someone who works for Harvey’s, recliners always come boxed, sofas come with a red plastic envelope full of care and safety instructions and that it would NEVER come with a price tag as they change every couple of weeks and do not come on new sofas, and that a button and cup holders wouldn’t of come as they did! It’s a clear EX DISPLAY!

Unhurried and helpful service. Wasn't sure what bed and mattress I needed so the assistant asked a load of questions then gave me some options. Very pleased with the choice and bought a bed a frame straight away

We bought 2 bedroom draws in July due to another lock down we received our order the first week of Jan .very dissatisfied as only 1 was loaded one delivery guy tried to say that was 2 in 1 box 😠and we can't contact anyone to arrange another delivery 0🌟
