Looking for bedside cabinet, good choice, good price helpful staff. Not the first visit won’t be the last

We recently bought a rattan patio set. The sale and subsequent goods we got was simple and good quality. Even able to collect ourselves to save a short wait time. Staff are polite and courteous. Never actually bought anything from here before, as some of the stuff is past its best to be honest. But theres also some decent stuff in and amongst. But we are well happy with what we've just bought. And likely to buy again in the future.

Home outlet store has most of best furniture and I would definitely recommend to anyone. The price is reasonable and affordable.

Absolutely rude staff! The manager Matt lacks customer service skills and has the most patronising behaviour I have ever experienced. No stipulation of returns anywhere in the store and claims that I am only entitled to a credit note and not a refund. We were not advised of this and nowhere has it been advertised. Do not ever go here especially the rushden branch! Disgusting and rude behaviour and that from a manager too. You think they are reasonable but they are not.. clearly just trying to take peoples money! Complete waste of time. Be warned guys!

Easily found at the end of wellingborough Road by the roundabout.
A small car park, so try and avoid busy times.
You can ask for delivery, or collection yourself.
Plenty of goods inside a large warehouse..
Do check the item though as alot of damaged stock on the floor, which isn't discounted enough for the damage I believe.
Plenty of bargains to be had though.

I've bought many items here, no trouble helping item in to your vehicle. If you choose delivery also good service and friendly delivery couple.

Wide range of stock, bought 4 dining room chairs at a great price compared to other outlets, I would recommend a visiting them first when shopping for furniture and bedding as there are many options on site, staff very friendly and helpful.
