Delayed product delivery, paid upfront in full and had to chase the delivery. Been told 2 to 4 weeks it was 6 weeks! Poor customer service. Especially one rude staff in particular! No clear communication. Had to cancel the order due to their customer service. now awaiting for the refund. Happy waiting for me 😎

A very confusing and mixed pricing policy. We were encouraged to pop in to the show room as 10% was offered on in-store purchases. I popped in, item is held in warehouse not in store, and a delivery charge is added to the order. I requested I pick up the order in the showroom, but that's not available, only option is £25 delivery charge. If you order online, there is no delivery charge. You really do need to sort out your pricing policy. I asked to speak to the owner, no response from employee on the phone. I will email the owner.

Just had delivery of my corner sofa was awear of the long wait but definitely worth it it's absolutely lovely, fabric, colour, cushions all great. Delivery date set and they did call 30 mins before arriving the 2 men put it all together and took away all the wrapping protection. Joanne, and the manager were most helpful. Will definitely go back for a rug thankyou everyone

We have recently had a bed and table delivered from BF. We have had hiccups with the renovation and the team have been incredibly understanding and flexible. The items we have received are beautiful also! Thank you Better Furniture.

Was so patient with us since we ordered in April, was happy to move delivery dates time and time again due to set backs.

We have now completed delivery and could not be happier with the table and bed. Thank you m!!

Never again - missing order and constant fobbing off with lies!!
Never again!! Still waiting for a footstool we were initially told in-store would take 4-6 weeks. We’ve been called liars, and told we wouldn’t have been given that lead time as it states 6-8 weeks on receipt. Nevertheless, we are now sitting at week 11 and they’re telling us yet another few weeks wait (yet to be confirmed) It’s been out for dispatch from Wales now for 6 days (that’s Wales in the UK!) They’ll tell you anything for a sale and once they’ve got your money, it’s a different story. It’s us constantly chasing them. No returned calls as promised with endless, poor excuses each time from each staff member for not calling…”we’re busy” (never busy when we go in) “our computer is running slow” (so you make calls from the computer, not the phone on the desk?) “we’re short staffed” (we’ve only ever seen at most 2 members of staff) “we’re a small, Norwich based company” (its a wonder they survive). Seriously, they are awful. We have told them that once if it goes beyond “another few weeks”we’ll be having a refund. We have a feeling that it hasn’t even been made yet!
Will not return as a customer as they do not deserve our money let alone a good review.

**November 26th update: 10 days on still no sign. The store don’t even know where it is. Refunded our card without agreement. Kinda get the feeling they want rid of us. Well I’ll be visiting to chase it until it arrives.

Delighted with the wardrobes we ordered. They were beautifully fitted by BF Home's staff who were very efficient, friendly & left everything clean & tidy. Very pleased that once we placed our order we got plenty of information about when delivery would be. Will happily use BF Home next time we need furniture or home accessories.

Had a positive shopping experience and are delighted with our dinning table and chairs.
Staff were helpful and delivery was prompt.
