Hafren Furnishers

My parents have bought their furniture from here for years. Recently I've bought a lot. It's well worth the trip. A massive showroon with a lot of different ranges. Staff are always friendly and helpful (normally deal with Paul.) Very competitive prices, always beat other prices I've been given for the same item. As someone else has already pointed out, local customer service which goes a long way. The delivery staff are also great, friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

Some of the bigger stores in West Wales could really learn a thing or two from Hafren.

Llanidloes may be a bit out of the way (approx 2 hour one way for us) but I'd recommend the trip to anyone.

The only complaint I have is that we always ended up buying more than we intended

You wouldn't believe how big this place is from the front.
Friendly and welcoming, was left alone to browse, without being pestered, but staff available to answer queries.
Great range of furniture across the price range, plus some unusual items.
Good little cafe too.
Will definitely be back.

I was looking for a harris tweed footstool to match my Granby sofas and came across Hafren online. Ordered the beanbag footstool I wanted, then received a call to say the item was being sent out special delivery and would be with me the next day. Wonderful customer service, fantastic delivery and packaging and footstool perfect 👌. I intend to use this store in the future and would highly recommend to anyone. First class in every aspect.

We have been Hafren customers since moving to Wales nine years ago. At all times we have enjoyed our shopping experience. Last Thursday we had a delivery of a new bed frame and mattress. The two delivery men were extremely pleasant and helpful, found time to put the frame together for us, and made our day !

Great choice of furniture and very helpful staff

Excellent service from all the staff at Hafren .
Delivery men collected end piece of a 3 seater recliner and took it to the repair shop for a new cable , being delivered repaired within a week.
Also took dining seats to be recovered, Kim sent samples of material in post and completed job same day .
All the team are so friendly and helpful .
Have purchased from Hafren over the last 35 years + and always have 5star service by all memebers of staff .Diolch yn fawr iawn

A huge choice of furniture from traditional to contemporary with a good range of prices for most pockets. A fair range of Ercol furniture on show. Excellent service and advice from a lovely lady on the reception desk.
