Comfortzone Merthyr

Lovely furniture but have seemed to have out priced their stock. Always bought furniture and beds from there but gave it a miss this time

We bought the Kensington 2000 pocket divan set king-size from Merthyr store. This bed is absolutely Amazing and so comfortable!!! Best bed I've ever had!!!!
Alison and Gareth were so helpful and friendly that we can't wait to go back to buy a few more items. We recommended you to family who came and bought 2 wardrobes last week and they were also very happy With the service they received. The delivery drivers were very polite and friendly, all in all excellent service!!! We will be recommending you to everyone. Look forward to seeing you again soon👍

Ordered a single Balmoral bed divan set with matching headboard. Delivered & Daughter pleased. Prices are resonable but no haggle. Can we say right from ordering at Merthyr store to delivery been excellent. The staff at Merthyr very helpful in helping us choose right bed. The lady who arranged delivery was very helpful this makes buying good for customer. Keep up the good work.

Honestly save your money and go elsewhere,
I usually ignore these types of reviews myself but don’t waste your money, bought a full bed set last October and had no end of issues, since then I’ve had 3 mattresses replaced because the stitching comes undone leaving massive gaps of stuffing, recently had to contact them again as the bed base has bowed/given up, when I enquired about these faults I was met with a response of “ my manager has the same set and has no issues”. Aswell as “no one else has these problems” gave them the opportunity to replace the base which they have delivered today only to find the base board is cracked, had enough of contacting them about issues as they won’t refund or give suitable replacements, also customer services could do with retraining as there’s an attitude issue

Well done for replacing an item free of charge IN THE WARRANTY PERIOD of 12 months, in future when a customer writes a Google review about your bad service, maybe it would be decent customer service to not actively hunt them down and call them regarding said review and openly state you will be commenting on the review, WELL DONE COMFORT ZONE TOP QUALITY SERVICE (NOT)👏👏👏👏👏👏

Friendly sale staff bought a corner sofa which we love the quality they also delivered the day we asked

Very large furniture shop and gives you lots of inspiration with the decor and ornaments for sale.

They have a large parking area too.

As for what the sell they are quality items, they do beds, dining tables, chairs, sofas, outdoor furniture, ornaments and lots of wall clocks. I would recomend for there extensive range.

Spent 7,000 and worth every penny, thank you for the service
