Excellent customer service. Item arrived missing a part but replaced very quickly and efficiently. Excellent communications whether using email or live chat. Why can't all places be this efficient.

I'm bitterly disappointed. I ordered 3 planters on March 23rd, two came covered in green mould, still awaiting the third. The cost of the three £330.we have phoned almost daily, after 30mins the line goes dead. The live chat lines closed until 24th of April.
