We went over last week to place an order for a birthday gift. We wanted a pair of this statue. One was on display and the other kept inside. We were told we can come and pick both of the statues on Monday. When we went there on Monday, this other woman told us we can’t take the display item. She said she’ll call today (Tuesday) to confirm, but we were then told there is no stock. Not only was this person rude, she was mean to her colleague/staff too. If she was the store manager, i feel bad for the owners of the business as she’s got really bad sales skills. We’re now left with buying something else instead of spending £200 at your outlet - what was wrong with us buying the display item anyway. You just have to replace the item once you have stock. Brilliant sales skills. Kudos! Though the items sold here are brilliant, they should reconsider training this particular woman on customer service skills. Then some interpersonal skills.

Absolutely gorgeous shop! I want it all! I especially love their artificial plants. Just wish they had more of them. I have already bought two 😁 look stunning in my conservatory

This is a beautiful furniture shop in one of Cardiff'S many shopping malls. Beautiful furniture all original dining room suites, living room n bedroom suites all original and beautiful. Carpets and ornaments beautiful rugs and silver pieces an absolute pleasure to visit. Their furniture is completely different and beautiful at a range of prices. Chandeliers light fittings beds and dining room suites in all kinds of materials. A wonderful shop to walk around x

Salesperson was brilliant and really got me out of a tight spot. Went above and beyond and delivered on what was agreed. Delivery drivers were on time, friendly and professional. I Haven't set the bed up yet but the service has been exellent so I can't see there being any problems.

Don’t even deserve one star! I purchased a mirror as a birthday gift for my wife, the mirror came with no instructions and I was not advised by any staff members of how to hang the mirror. As I have previously done with all mirrors fitted in my home I used plastic coated wire (which held a mirror for 20+ years) to hang this one. A couple hours later the mirror fell to the floor and shattered luckily not harming any of my children or pets. When I inspected the mirror I found all short screws had pulled out of the MDF wood after being poorly made (clearly not fit for purpose) after speaking to the store they told me that all customers are told not to use wire to hang this mirror, which was not the case, so somebody is lying? If I was advised not to hang the mirror this way I would of not done it because it has resulted me in loss of money and a gift for my wife. Got no where with their head office so I am now taking it further to trading standards. I would not recommend this store to anyone or my friends or family and definitely not recommend their very poorly made mirrors!

Incredibly interesting shop with very knowledgeable staff.
The manager, Liam, was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
