As a store it is very pleasant and the staff are very friendly who don't give you the hard sale. As a company I would be very reluctant to buy anything from them again due to having to have an item replaced three times. Saying that the furniture is very nice looking.

My son bought a corner sofa here. Staff very helpful, though do appear to 'pounce' on you as soon as you walk through the door. However, once decision made, they were very accommodating.

shocking after sales service 3 sofas in 3 months as all damaged a mth i have been awaiting acresponse as i have requested a full tefund which they say i cant have. its now inbthe hands of the ombudsman

Harvey's, we're OK when we ordered our furniture and happy to take our money they have been in contact with us though the pandemic and we expected the the wouldn't be on time, we paid 80% off and said we'd pay the rest when we had a date the furniture had been made, six months on and the wife gave them a ring, they said that they phoned my husband but got no reply which my wife replied that harvey's always message my husband and we haven't received anything, to that the sales woman in store asked if we wanted to pay the out standing over the phone which my wife said I'm in work and haven't got my documents with me is it ok to pop over tomorrow and pay in store, after giving the wife a delivery date she said to my wife very HARSHLY if you don't pay the rest tomorrow we'll be taking the sofas of the van. We only phoned because we heard that they were going into receivership or liquidation and now we know WHY. And to top it off we went back to cwmbran store and sat in the one we ordered and its a deep seat and lovely ours is smaller and feels like your on the edge not nice at all but you can't complain because theirs no one to complain to, according to the sales assistant so we are stuck with it, my thoughts are in Covid-19 lock down they had anybody making them to keep up with demand and the regular craftsmen stayed home because its definitely smaller than the one in the shop. I could take it further cos bensons is part of harvey's and they are still going, won't surprise me if we don't see bensons sofas soon, we'll it's 2 months old now and I'm looking for another suite, I'll probley give this away 🤫🤔🤔, watch this space.

Don't go in, you'll say "let's just have a look around. Just see what they have" unless you can either A) Just walk away or B) Make up a second way that I couldn't find after failing A).
