I ordered a full bedroom suite for myself costing £3000 and I have been paying it off in monthly instalments in cash to them in person at the store before I can recieve my item. I have fully paid it all back in 25th April 2018 and ever since I have paid my last payment I have been told to wait to 2 weeks for my furniture to arrive. I'm not very pleased as all of what I have been told as I have been told false promises that it will arrive in 2 weeks each time I go to the shop. The customer service is terrible and the staff their are very horrible when I asked them about my furniture as it have been almost 10 weeks since I have paid of payments for my furniture. I have asked about the whereabouts of my furniture and they are clueless and giving me b***s*** each time I go. They have refused to refund me all of my money which is rediculius. This is the worst place to purchase any furniture and I wouldn't recommend going there.

Really annoyed that I had to give them a one star very rude staff That sold me a broken bed Tryed to take it back They would not let me they are quick enough to take your money but don't care what quality the furniture comes in I would avoid this shop at all cost as I have had to get trading standards involved

Not even worth the 1 star. Absolute rip off. Asked for a refund and got shoved out of the shop! Admitted to me they were ripping me off charging me an extra £25 for a service then when I went in 2 days prior and the response I got is "youre lying" I've my rights to a refund however they've refused point blank. I don't even have what I paid for!!!!

Very friendly service, can’t fault the the helpful staff and as for the variety, it’s amazing and phenomenal, just had the whole house carpeted it was arranged quickly and efficiently, go in take a look for yourself you won’t be disappointed.
