1* is too good for this shop , brought an item that broke after 7 days , had trouble contacting the shop as the wrong phone number was on the website , when I finally spoke to someone the lady complained that it would cost the shop if they got the item working and had to return it to me ! How about the fact it was going to cost me ??? Took my details and still no reply ! And u sent 3 emails, 1st 2 didn't even seem to go through from the website but the last 1 did and nothing ! Disgusting customer service!

Made to pay for broken item that I didn't even touch. Lovely shop but policy ridiculous. Been a customer for years but won't be going there again they don't deserve the custom

I visited today to purchase a picture but upon meeting the owner who insisted she was the only person to own the picture in the area so when I stated the same picture was in Leekes she repeated the statement several times. Due to her bad attitude I assumed she didn't want to sell me the item so I came home, surfed the net and purchased the same item on Wayfair!

This is a beautiful shop on the main street in Porthcawl. They stock wonderful gift items that would look great in any home if given as a gift. I love this shop and have bought items for myself. . The Ladies are very helpful and know about the products they sell. I would recommend you visit you won't be disappointed .

Went here today fantastic service from the ladles in the shop. Couldn't do enough to help us find what we were looking for. Bought 2 lovely lantern will definitely be going back. Some lovely items in the store well worth a look.
