Oak Furnitureland

Went into the store spoke to Kayleigh..looking for wardrobes. I ended up buying a sofa and an armchair..forgot about the wardrobes .Kayleigh was extremely professional and lovely with it.i just hope the after sales care is as professional. Watch this space.🤞

Love the shop and staff and the furniture. It's the manufacturing and delivery service I have the issue with. I waited 6 months so that all my furniture could be delivered in one go, as one item was not in stock. When it came to the time I was excitedly looking forward to this event, they contacted me to say that now the bookcase was unavailable. I was gobsmacked! To be fair, the head office did give me discount when I complained but I will probably not return due to this.

Whilst the staff in the shop were delightful, the delivery of a new 2 seater sofa was a disaster - the two man delivery team marking the newly decorated hall walls with deep scuff marks necessitating the repainting of the walls - a nightmare as the property was newly purchased, and the home had just been completely redecorated prior to moving in.
On the day of delivery of the sofa there was no other furniture present.
My complaint to the telephone customer service team about the damage caused was dealt with in a most uncustomer focused manor. Would never buy anything again from Oak furniture land ... it was just all too stressful.

Never been to Oak furnitureland before. Found the sofa we liked online. Phoned up the branch. a lovely polite and informative Naomi ( hope i have spelt that correct ) Knew the product very well. We arranged a visit the next day. Was greeted with a smile and couldn’t have asked for better service. Social distancing measures were perfect and well thought out. Excellent service and will highly recommend the store. I know where we will be visiting when we need more furniture. Many thanks. Well done. 5 stars.

Ordered 2 sofas. Was told feb for delivery. Delivery was cancelled 3 times and only got them after i threatened to cancel.
Took 19 weeks!!!

I purchased a dining set costing £1,300 to receive 2 damaged chairs. Having waited an hour for an answer on telephone and sending pictures of damaged goods I was offered £35 to keep damaged goods! The chairs were over £600! To say this is an insult is minimal! Why would I want to keep damaged chairs in a set still costing well over £1000?
I am disgusted with the whole process
and would advise to shop elsewhere and hope u receive a appropriate service

Staff in the store were okay. I bought bedroom furniture because I was moving house and starting from scratch again. I paid in full waited over 2 months patiently but the delivery got cancelled less than a week before due date and moved back 22 days so far. I don't doubt it will be cancelled again from what I have read on reviews since. I can't move house without a bed and drawers etc. Nobody answers the phone in customer service department. I would never ever buy from Oak furniture land again. Total let down. Total fail and awful customer care.
