Oak Furniture Clearance

Lovely quality furniture. However this store is let down by the staff working there. The assistant manager is very passive aggressive. Unacceptable. Spent a lot of money in this store, would have spent a lot more if it wasn't for the dreadful attitude of the assistant manager. Myself and my partner walked away and will be using Cardiff Oak Furniture Land in future. The delivery team is sloppy. Walked mud right through our new home. Left copious amounts of cardboard for us to dispose of. Generally unprofessional. Not the delivery service you expect when you spend thousands of pounds.

Went here to get some wood furniture. It's the seconds stuff from oak furniture land. If you understand that it is not an issue. You have to look through the stock to find the best for you. Quite a few items on both floors. Helpful staff.

Hi cannot praise the staff at this store enough. They were friendly yet professional and assisted me through my purchases. They pointed out defects where I had not seen them and advised accordingly. Furthermore they spoke to me on the telephone to add to my purchase as I live 50 miles from the store. I cannot praise them enough and am now the happy owner of some beautiful oak furniture which I never could have afforded at full price.

Could pick up a bargin , good selection of sofas, etc pic, clocks, chairs, tables worth a visit

If you're looking for a bargain. Some good prices... Just make sure no parts missing..

You'll get a bargain that's for sure on some decent furniture, but there is a catch, the stuff here is either customer returns or seconds.
Also, I'm pretty sure the table that I got wasn't the one that I selected, in the sense that they had two tables of the same model and one (this one) had more damage on it than the one in the store (that I picked) did.
The table on assembly of the legs had a date code on it, it was two years old, so unless it was in a store or a customer had used it for a year then decided to send it back I don't know, seems a bit odd that most Oak Furniture Land stuff is made to order but this item is 2 years old in the clearance, I'd expect 6-8 months old not two years, which is stretching the "customer return" or "seconds" tag, more like "second hand".
Still it's 98% in good order, just an irritating scratch in a place you wouldn't want it.
But it was less than half the price and can't be returned so the saying caveat emptor buyer beware is the key...

So easy to place order, great quality selection. Delivery was quick and on time as promised. Amazing discount so lots of money saved. Really pleased!
