The quality of the furniture is astounding, we had our original Natuzzi sofa for 13 years it was still going strong and didn’t need really replacing, but we decided we would like a change. Obviously we were delighted to find out that Natuzzi had opened a new store in Cardiff, called in and having listened to advice and help from the knowledgeable staff we bought a new sofa that we are really happy with. Very helpful staff. Two spacious showrooms with elegant Italian designed and made furniture. I took a long time to make my decision and never felt any sense of pressure. My sofa is from the Portento range and is so comfortable, the right height and good support for my arthritic frame and it looks very good. My whippets Gwen and Harri love it too!!

Excellent friendly service from the moment we walked in. Staff left you to browse for as long as you wanted but were there when you needed them. The quality of the furniture is exceptional. Order arrived quickly and not as long as expected. Delivery staff were polite and efficient Cant fault the service from start to finish.Thank you.
