I would score them a O if I could. Delivered the wrong product, after many e-mails and calls, excuses and lies, the correct bed was delivered but without the fittings for the headboard. Months down the line I am still waiting for an invoice to be e-mailed to me. The same person pretended to be different people on messenger, I called him out on it and he got defensive.
The product is cheap and not very good quality, You get what you pay. I will never order from them again and I will suggest anyone considering them avoids them too.

Great service provided from start to finish, they answered all my queries, the bed was delivered on the day it was promised, extremely helpful and nice delivery guys, lovely furniture at a great price.

I don't option to select 0 stars, NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT WITH THIS COMPANY.. CHEAP QUALITY.. NO ONE RESPOND POST SALE.. I purchased Bed & Mattress last week and the driver didn't gave the invoice and he promised to share it by next day and no one turned up.. Delivered cheap quality of bed & mattress, Within 2 days suffered with back pain.. .. In Pain i called them to replace but all the number left unanswered...
