I came in this place for once and I will not return the staff ar soo rude they told that in 5 min they were closing and I just wanted to play until I have either won a special on the slots or until I lose the remaining money that I had but they just stood up to me,not respecting any social distance and said that I need to leave.TOTALI DISRESPECTUL AND RUDE.

Good mixture of new and old school machines, customer service could be better as not acknowledged by the member on duty..
Called up first to see if they had a certain machine but she didn't know. When I got there they had 4 of them so her knowledge was poor

Instead of putting in a complaint I write this review
Advertised close time 00 on Sunday they seem to pick and choose as I arrived at 9.25 from glos made the trip and was told they were closing at 10 they said in 20 mins at 9.25 so that would be 9.45 lol
They seem to choose i asked to make a complaint they told me to come bk 2morra I was like na! so to the manager this is my complaint publicly if want to speak to me regarding this complaint you know who I am !
Told the lady to let her boss know she has lost a vip in this shop!
