Awful. Lies about refuse collection (apparently it was my fault for my bin not being out...It was out and has been out for 7days now) just because they can't be bothered to come back until they're due back and get the bin they missed! Lazy!

Saw Ubico men blowing leaves onto parked cars and laughing about it - it's this sort of thing which damages relations between the public and people carrying out council services. There was no need to do it when there was plenty of space around the vehicles.

Always good service here. They even found a trolley for me to drag my heavy stuff around on. Keep up the good work guys.

Ubico offer a very poor service and are a complete waste of the money we pay in our council tax for this service. They rarely collect our food waste on time, and our general waste bin has been left unemptied for 8 days, despite constant complaints by myself and my neighbours. When we complain we are told they will return, but they don't do so. Cheltenham Borough Council need to take note of the number of complaints they get about Ubico and find a more trustworthy, reliable company.

I always separate my recycling to make easier for the crew but in return I get my boxes all over the front garden I wish I could post some off the pictures I've been taking to prove it
