I find it very interesting that all the negative reviews on britainreviews.co.uk for this company have been removed, leaving only the gleaming 5 star reviews.
Got time to delete one star reviews, but not enough time to respond to emails or phone calls, eh!

The only communication I have received from them after badgering them as to where my order is after it was ordered mid May is "we will be in touch when there's an update". That is NOT good enough. You're now a week late, you took the money the same day, at least have the decency to respond to emails.
If you cannot fulfil the orders, tell people! Extend the delivery times! Stop taking new orders, even! COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I'd be more patient if I had a clue as to when my order will come, or if your little ray of sunshine (sarcasm) who answers the sales line had ANY life or customer service training in her.

I may edit this review if by some amazing miracle I actually ever receive my items, but as it stands now I'm very, very close to claiming my money back via my credit card company.

EDIT : it's now two days short of being three weeks overdue. They originally emailed me after my first cancellation request to say I'll receive a despatch notification within ten days and SHOCK, I haven't heard anything. That was nearly two weeks ago. Cancellation requested to them and also, another shocker, no acknowledgment. Looks like I'll be contacting the bank to retrieve the money back ASAP.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I too waited weeks for an item that never appeared, after cancelling my order I received a dispatch note. Never received a reply to my email requesting order to be cancelled due to the unacceptable amount of time since I placed the order. About 10 days later my order arrives with no prior notification (despite me already asking for it to be cancelled). I refused delivery (as I had already cancelled order) and asked for a refund which I still haven't received and still no reply to 3 further emails I have sent. The one and only time I managed to speak to anyone on the phone she was rude and unhelpful. I am now applying for chargeback through my bank and will take to small claims court if necessary.

Unfortunately I cannot leave less than 1 star. Money taken and no product and will not answer phone. Disgraceful way to operate a business so don't waste your money and time.

This is a scam please don't order from them, they take your cash and there is no product so don't waste your time and money as it's a fake company scamming people

Lovely chicken houses and brilliant service. Most happy with my purchase and will be shopping with them again

Phoned 4 times to find out information on sales, was told I would be called back each time but never was, only to be told no on the fifth time and rudely hung up on.
