Wow, what a garden centre! I visited a few weeks ago when I was on holiday. A huge indoor space, with beautiful displays in the entrance area. Very clean toilets. Some of the indoor spaces looked a bit empty and underutilised but store could have been in the middle of a phase change, or store layout change. The cafe was busy, but obviously popular. The aquatic section was really well maintained and tidy throughout. Will be visiting again next time I'm in the area!

Went into store today, had a lovely lunch in the cafe, then went on to purchase a new garden furniture set. The staff who assisted myself and my family were absolutely fantastic, Luke who went above and beyond to make sure we were given a fantastic deal and Hollie and Julie who were very attentive and professional also. Made a very pleasurable shopping experience. Thank you very much!

Good car park.very loud 80,s music in store.commented to young female by the door.she said its not loud.yes it was.
One garden centre much like any other.
Poor choice and cabinets a mess in restaurant. It was only 2.30 open till 4.30.not many clear tables .coffee and cake as expected. Overpriced !!
Toilets clean.
All butchery covered up at 4pm so didn't buy anything .

Wow what customer service if I could give 10 stars I would.
Donna whose weekend off it was and she had come only in to do a seedlings group. We purchased two hampers which she and Georgina helped. Georgina was being taught by Donna.
The gentleman I think was Keith at the till put a call out for two people to come and do the hampers and unfortunately they were a no show. So Donna offered to do the withe Georgina learning and helping.
There Customer service was excellent they were both polite, extremely happy and friendly

Lovely place to visit with family, perfect for shopping & bite to eat...play area for kiddies too and theyve got a few extra activities for Christmas..only reservation about the cafe was that the cake that I had ordered actually tasted abit stale unfortunately, felt like it had been sitting there for a while, wouldve gone back to let them know but was short for time so I left it, it was quite a shame as it looked delicious!!

Came here second time for Santa’s grotto. Santa was brilliant, the whole experience was enjoyable , my toddler got involved in the activities. The elves were friendly. Will be coming back next year. Merry Christmas!
