Whilton Locks Garden Village

This was the finish point for the Falcon Classic tour, 2nd year running. The buffet plate the cafe prepared for us Falconers was absolutely delicious and served quickly. The staff at the centre are very focused on excellent service and making sure visitors have a good experience.

Bought a garden parasol/canopy after Chelsea had taken time to demonstrate and show me the positives. Chelsea is very knowledgeable about the products, something you would never get shopping online. Good prices and excellent courteous delivery service.

Had an absolutely fantastic afternoon tea today, the sandwiches and cakes are amazing , the fresh out the oven scones are delicious. The staff are lovely and helpful also. We really enjoyed our first experience and will definitely be visiting again 😀

My Daughter and I went for a treat, to have afternoon tea, and a look around the garden centre.
The waiter we had for the afternoon tea was lovely, and helpful. He had red hair.
The afternoon tea was sadly very disappointing though. The quality and quantity for a Deluxe Afternoon Tea, was definitely not value for money.
After the tea, we had a look around the garden centre.
We were appalled at how the animals for sale, were kept in such cruel, cramped and filthy conditions. I was shocked and upset to see it. It should not be allowed.

Great garden centre, very well stocked of everything and we visited in October. Plants, pots, Christmas display was very impressive and you could see the ice rink being set up. Well worth a visit.

We visited Whilton Locks on Saturday afternoon for the afternoon tea with Santa for my two sausage dogs. The whole experience was great, there was beds for every table for the dogs, fresh water, natural raw treats and cup cakes. Oh and a little bag full for treats with a personal Christmas message. We couldn’t ask for anything more. The staff were so welcoming and amazing with both my dogs! We will definitely be going back again not just at Christmas but throughout the year too xxxx

You have to try the breakfast, WOW! And they had a great selection of Christmas Decs and fresh trees! Oh and a nice ice skating ring! What more can you want!

Visited for breakfast with Santa. Love this place. Has a lovely family feel. Good plant selection and pet range of products. Parrots too. Huge number of the usual decorative items. Staff are very wonderful. The conservatory was cold though (2nd week December) so ate breakfast in our coats which was not ideal. Hope to visit again for a further mooch around and see what else they offer
