First visit, we went strawberry picking 😋 a wonderful experience, great for children, will be returning to pick other fruits. We enjoyed a coffee and sat outside on the terrace. We browsed around the gift shop and garden centre, definitely worth a visit, we will be returning 😀 X

Yesterday, we had a little trundle round Bellis Brothers farm and just had such a lovely time, had to share!
Having grown up in Holt for a while, I used to cycle there as a kid every weekend to go and pick strawberries. It was my dream job actually, I was just counting down the years until I would be old enough to be a professional strawberry picker at Bellis' farm. They were always the finest berries you could ever imagine, even back then, 30+ years ago.
Now we moved away before I was old enough to get that dream job, but I have visited the farm every summer since, for their beautiful berries.
I genuinely feel sorry for people who have not tried them. You people honestly don't know what a REAL strawberry tastes like until you've been here and picked it off the vine yourself.
Bellis' have been doing this for such a long time now, they are quite famous for it and in all honesty, it's easy to see why.
Everything about this experience is just a thing of beauty. As soon as you set foot onto the strawberry fields, the air is perfumed with a dense, sweet, juicy haze.
This year's berries are grown on 'table top' to extend the season - and by god Bellis' has made this a work of art!
The berries are just hanging there, ripe for the picking, free of pests, sun blushed and glorious! The skin of the berry is glossy and as red as red could ever be.
Rows and rows of bright red jewels, hanging nicely at arms length. No more prickled legs, or hunching over to forage in the blistering heat.
They taste like nothing less than the absolute goddess of fruits, and one of life's greatest pleasures.
If you love a good strawberry - you absolutely must go here and try for yourself!
Meanwhile... I feel a collab coming on...🍓🥰🍓

Great place for pumpkin picking in the autumn and strawberry picking in the summer!🎃🍓 (Much better than Malpas!) 😉
Always well organized, with friendly staff and a well thought out set up. There's also the garden center / farm shop / gift shop / restaurant.
Excellent selection of plants & pots. 🪴

First time pumpkin picking and we all had a fun time lots of pumpkins to choose from great maize maze with a quiz for the kids on the way to through and very reasonably priced pumpkins.Rounded our day off with a wander round the lovely garden centre and a cuppa in the restaurant.

Lovely garden centre and restaurant. Staff very pleasant and great service. Food in the restaurant was excellent and all home cooked. A great range of products available. So pleased we found this place when passing.

Well, the cafe is very good, lovely home made food and cakes. Very good selection of gifts- you could definitely find a nice present here. Plant selection is quite good. There are some very nice pots here as well. The farm shop is pricey, but very good quality. The only downside is that they don't allow dogs at all!. Would visit more often if they did.

I find the instore butchers excellent, always go for the Christmas meat.
Not the cheapest option but if you want top quality then the best option.
The rest off the shop is also well stocked with quality food and gifts as well as the garden centre.
