Crofty Shed Centre Limited

Customer service is dreadful. Paid for a display chalet at the beginning of October and was advised that it would be two weeks before it was delivered !! The chalet wasnt dismantled ready for delivery, instead it was left on display. Worse than that it took them 6 weeks to deliver it and only then because I phoned demanding a confirmed delivery date. Even after giving a delivery date they rang to say they couldn't deliver it and said it would be delivered a few days later. I DO NOT recommend this company in any shape or form. Dreadful customer service.

We are delighted with our new shed and the service that we received from Brian, Carol and the rest of the team, from our initial visit right through to delivery and installation. Access to our back garden was limited because of height restriction, but Brian found a solution that enabled us to get the size shed we wanted out there. The shed installation was speedy and efficient and we are very impressed with the quality of the construction. We highly recommend this local, family run company.

Don't use! Ordered and delivery date agreed. When I contacted to arrange a different date they couldn't even find the booking. Then when it did arrive we were told the shed was treated. It's now 2 months later and going into the winter months and the shed is rotting! Contacted the company to be told it says on the invoice that it's only 'lightly treated' and it needs to be treated again. Absolutely ridiculous, it's either treated or not and we were told TREATED. I certainly will be telling everyone to avoid this company.

Having previously bought from Crofty sheds before (the last being 5 years ago and a 15ft by 6ft shed), I was looking forward to having a Summer house delivered this Friday. Having ordered it on the 25th July I was horrified to find out that there is going to be no delivery!!! Having spent the time and money on building a base for the shed, I find out what I can only guess is a former disgruntled employee who has taken all details of my order. Having tried to contact them on numerous occasions to see how my order was going, my wife eventually got through to someone, only to be told there was no information about my order. Not only did the person on the first occasion take mine and I guess many other people's orders with them, when I called down to see if I can re-order, I was told the price would be an extra £250 to what I was originally quoted - I soon left disappointed. Please read previous people's reviews before buying! I certainly wouldn't use Crofty sheds in future. P.s wanted to put a 0 rating but couldn't.

Arranged for a shed to be delivered two weeks ago.After waiting in all day no shed. Constantly phoning them through out the day with no answer. I would have been very understanding if they phoned to say that they are having problems, but they didn't even do that. Strongly advise you to not use them.

I had been looking for a shed since September with no luck really and came across crofty shed whilst I was working. Went and spoke to Carol who was really helpful.
After several phone conversations I ordered exactly what I’d been looking for and nothing was too much trouble.
Wait time was only 2 weeks and they delivered and installed the shed Friday just gone. I’m over joyed, it is better than I imagined it would be and the guys that did the installation were polite friendly and hard working, very professional.

The shed was purchased for me by my grandparents as a wedding gift to myself and my wife.

The delivery took around 3-4 weeks and was on the day and time that they said. Normally I'm very skeptical when it comes to this sort of thing, as previous experiences haven't been the best at this, but I got to be fair they turned up on time.

Overall the shed is great, it's made of solid materials, proper glass windows (none of that perspex), they even included a bolt lock for the door - nice touch.

I did have a slight issue with it, one of the floor panels broke and fell through, I contacted Crofty Sheds and they sent someone out next day and fully repaired it.

I've found the customer service to be great, they've been available on Facebook Messenger if I needed them and very prompt at answering. I've just had a reply at 10pm from them.

I'd have no problem recommending their products and services to anyone else.

Very happy with my shed! Had a good range of sizes and got one spot on for my needs. Delivery was perfect. Delighted with the service all round
