We visited today and used a ‘buy one get one free’ voucher for a cream tea. It was around 4pm on a hot day so the uncovered scones were very dry, not helped by the very stingy portion of cream served in a recycled jam jar - just not enough to make the scone enjoyable. We sat in the ‘outside seating area’ - plastic chairs at three grubby tables in what felt like a small backyard. Not the best experience even with a half price voucher!

Lovely area off main restaurant covered and decorated like a garden where you can eat food but still have your dog with you! Lovely helpful and friendly staff

This is a review for the cafe only as the garden centre is very good.
We called in, as we do every 3 months or so and were very disappointed. The cafe used to be a friendly, functional space but over the past few years has been relocated and upgraded . Unfortunately lot of the charm and friendliness has been lost. The staff are, on the whole, disinterested, the food is overpriced and underwhelming and the cafe itself has a corporate feel to it. It is impossible to get a simple, tasty meal. On being asked whether toasties or baked potatoes were available you’d have thought this simple request was an insult. And what exactly is a ‘gourmet’ chip?
We will not return. Anglesey has much better to offer.

Visited cafe, staff efficient bit lacked friendliness, a smile costs nothing. .

Price of coffee and cake Costa price but not Costa type quality. Maybe as a result of refurbishment, which has be done tastefully.

Love this garden centre well organised and a great variety of gifts for all the Family. The Christmas section is wonderful and the staff helpful.
Well worth a visit

I love this garden centre. They always have such a good choice of plants and pots. Lovely bits and bobs for your house too. Plants and pots are affordable, house bits more pricey. They have gorgeous display usually over Christmas and Santas Grotto. New restaurant in the back with good food but bit long wait.

Went to buy some last minute Christmas gifts which were lovely and different they were also reasonable in price. We stayed for a breakfast which was very tasty, so it turned out to be a good couple of hours.
