Order was incomplete on delivery and arrived with several damaged parts.
Sent an email 3 days ago informing Garden Street of issues and awaiting response. Disappointed on both counts and wouldn’t recommend.

Item arrived faster than expected but broken on arrival (shed); one roof component panel faulty.

Emailed Garden Street 16th Jun who responded immediately, advised me they would look into it. Ten days later I have heard nothing and am worried I’m now the owner of a broken unbuilt shed! I have been sending them emails asking for updates and tried to call but am unable to as their phone lines are down.

I’m not one for leaving bad reviews until I feel a company has had sufficient time to rectify the problem, however, ten days with no update isn’t good in my opinion. Even a “sorry for the delay we are still looking into it” would suffice.

Unless my experience changes I will unfortunately not be recommending Garden Street again.

So were do I begin, Tha table came 3 weeks late. as I was trying to get in touch with customer service, no one awnsered I left 2 voicemail messages and yet no one called back. The table arrived as I expected. However it has one chip on the top of the table, what is not end of the world and I can hangle it, however ordering the umbrella it does not come with weighted base.
My probles is with Customer service, no email no imformation that it will arrive late. I understand dutings this COVID-19 there are delays but atleast inform the customers would be nice, on the webside it said dispached on the 9th of April I only recieved it on the 23 April.
But the table is high quality. If I would know it would take this long I would of ordered the same table from a different retailer.

Loving my new bistro table and chairs - perfect for the lockdown! They arrived on-time, carefully packaged, and feel like a quality, sturdy product. They were also £60 cheaper than I had seen at a well know retailer.

Bought premium items that are mis-advertised as being suitable outdoors here. The Apollo Hammack, while a good wooden frame, is not treated well so will only last outside max a year before needing to be retreated (at own expense and labour). The metal chain attachments have gone rusty and the over-priced and poorly manufactured cloth hammock, which uses basic materials that are not suitable for outdoor use, had to be re-bought and changed twice already. The cloth part, I had to change twice within a year due to the cotton being not nano-treated and prone to mould. The cheap polyester ropes used mean that they either shrink or you have to hand-wash the cloth. I wasted so much time and money on mould cleaning products to try make some of the mould patches less offensive, but the biggest offence was contacting the company to try arrange some compromise. They sell products that are not suitable for British weather, and the website does not include anything about care and maintenance, misleading customers that these items are weather fit. I am left with a wooden frame that I must treat and am left considering having to make my own textile part, or I might be tempted to cut these substantial losses and just dispose of the lot, considering responsability for what they sell has been denied by the company, after months of flakey comms. Trading standards are the next point of contact about Garden Street then!

Absolute garbage customer service. Item arrived damaged. No answer from customer service when you phone it just goes to voicemail. Finally, get a response from an email after 3 days to say they can offer part refund. You reply and this takes another 3 days. Really poor. No reply as to why customer service so poor. Probably blames COVID like most companies do for poor customer service

Really great company, I did have an issue with a table and it was very easy to contact them. Answered the phone in one ring. also the delivery firm are really good keeping you uptodate with your order and can deliver on a chosen day.very happy.

I would not recommend this company, I ordered a shed with shelves, the website said delivered within 5 days, after 10 days of hearing nothing from the company, I contacted them, I emailed and called numerous times, then after 3 weeks I received some shelves, it was another 2 1/2 weeks before the cupboard arrived, the description said no assembly required, this is not true. This is not a reliable company, no one ever put their name to any emails I received and when I called they wouldn't give out their name, always saying that the person dealing with my order was busy. A very unprofessional company.
