Two different orders. One for garden table / bench and another for a work bench. Happy with both. Good price and solid. Takes a little while to put together but nothing too difficult.

I ordered direct as it’s cheaper. No issues with delivery as others have had.

Forgive the state of my garden!

The bench is sturdy and affordable. I chose a five foot solid wood version with a back board. I am really please with it and have enough confidence in the bench construction to have bolted my vice to it. I will use MC Timber Products again.

Really great product, great price, super fast delivery and easy to build with great instructions. So good we've just bought a second work bench :)

I ordered a picnic bench from here years ago and was very happy with it. I wanted to order another one, and placed an order on 22nd June 2022. Then on 6th July I received a refund via Paypal. I have no idea why, as there's been no communication. I've emailed and phoned dozens of times, but never any answer.

If you're reading this after July 2022 and want to order from MC Timber then I'd suggest phoning ahead to check that they're still in business, as it sounds like something's gone awry.

Edit: The refund failed (no idea why, they initiated it!). I've now had to open a dispute with Paypal. Still zero communication from MC Timber Products. I've ordered elsewhere now.

I ordered a walk in picnic bench from this lot in may and as a few others have found out - no product over a month later - numerous unanswered calls and emails later - suddenly an unexplained refund via PayPal - which was duly cancelled - raised a claim with PayPal - found in my favour, but yes you guessed it still no money.
Avoid these people at all cost and don't lose your hard earned money !

Zero stars. Seems like I'm not alone here - ordered a picnic bench from these jokers in May. Nothing by June, kept calling got various nice ladies who told me don't worry it's coming. Eventually I asked for a refund, it came via paypal and was then cancelled. The website is now down aswell, and I wonder how many other people's money they've got. Steer well clear.

Same as the reviewer below. got an e-mail to say my order had been refunded with no explanation. I later got an e-mail to say the Paypal refund had failed. They are not picking up the phone or getting back to my voice messages. Assume they may have gone bust. I would avoid using unless you are able to speak to them and confirm they are still operating.

Don't order from this outfit, you will not get your goods . Ordered 5 picnic tables for my company to resell at over £1000 . Had nothing, no emails or phone calls answered.
