Dellonda

I purchased a Gas Pyramid Patio Heater which worked well but I thought the reflector did not reflect sufficient heat. I spoke to Paul at Dellonda who checked all his stock and identified another patio heater with a larger reflector and phoned me back having ordered the larger reflector from the warehouse. I paid for it that afternoon and the next morning the parcel was delivered. I put the reflector together and it worked brilliantly. The service and professional assistance from Paul at Dellonda was exceptional and I would commend them unreservedly.

Spoke with a gentleman in the customer services team called Neil in regards of what day my delivery would be.
I found Neil very helpful.

Genuine review, bought too small, company so easy to deal with, tree collected and replaced quickly, and no prob. Really well made, combo of inner branches and outer realistic looking branches is as good as it gets. And such good VFM. Couldn't beat the service quality or price 👍👍👍

We ordered a drinks fridge on Sunday 20th December it was delivered on Monday 21st December when we opened the box the wrong fridge was in the box (the description on the box was correct so no fault of Dellonda the wife emailed Dellonda and I received a call the same day saying the correct fridge would be with me on Tuesday and was delivered at 9.45am so we had 2 fridges delivered and one collected within 48 hrs amazing service!!

After a year of trying pellets, logs etc ... never gets to temperature above 300 degrees celcius and loses heat very quickly. So disappointing 😞. Home oven is better/less hassle.

Ordered a fridge from Dellonda and have been waiting for days for next day delivery. Calls to both DHL and Dellonda have not really resolved this for me. Whilst the response from a call to Dellonda was quick and polite, the delay was blamed on the delivery partner DHL. Why a company like Dellonda with it’s obviously good reputation uses a company like DHL with such a poor reputation is bemusing.

Update: Dellonda sent another fridge which arrived next day.. after waiting for nearly a week they decided the original had been lost. So well done Dellonda.

The fridge itself is good quality, works quickly to get down to temp. Has an internal light. Quiet fan whilst running and does then shut down when at required temp. The lid is a friction lock so a little concerned how well that will last. Time will tell… Overall very pleased with the product.
