Total joke of a company, trying to rip people off ! My dad took his mower there for a few repairs was quoted £50! Once the guy started working on it he told my dad that it was more than he thought tried charging him £40 per hour for two hours plus parts so was indeed more than double what HE had previously quoted, what a joke of a man and a total joke of a company ! Stay away he is in the business to rip people off be aware

Phoned as had problems with a rotovator and a shredder,Guy arrived same afternoon,took the machines away,and repaired/serviced rotavator and returned within 5 days..Purchased new shredder from them as old one was beyond repair.Excellent,prompt and friendly service,will use again and recommend to all,many thanks

I was recommended sussex garden machinery by one of my neighbours as needed some help to change the blades on my drive on lawnmower.

I called them on Saturday morning and was amazed that Guy was round within the hour and had everything fixed not long after.

He even gave the machine a once over and cleared out a load of dried grass that had built up under the machine.

I wish I had known about them before as bought the mower off the internet.

Guy has since found my a hedge strimmer and I will definitely buy any future products through them.

He brought the strimmer over and gave me a lesson on how to use it. He also had filled in all the warranty documents, had highlighted sections of manual that I may have to refer to.

Fantastic professional service nothing is too much trouble. Originally bought lawnmower from Haywards Heath based company (best avoided) who failed to service it properly so took it to SGM. Really thorough know their stuff I won't be going anywhere else 😊
