This is an okay little pond near to the crossing of the Balcombe Road. The only problem is that there are no ducks and it is little.

Why is this called 'duck pond'. There are no ducks. Maybe just call it a 'pond'. Or better still 'tatty little pond with virtually no wildlife!'. Definately not an attraction. Looks like just a flood management pond.

Little pond between balcombe road and hillside. Often has coots and family of moorhens oath on one side. Can be peaceful
