Lovely to see the tulips out. Dunsborough Park has well planted gardens and interesting history of who has lived and stayed there. Tea and cake for charity on the lawn was pleasant. Look out for more open days and NGS days on their website.

Well you have to be ready to grab your tickets to this private house & gardens when they go on sale as they go quickly for this, their annual tulip festival. Its not a massive garden, but a series of interconnected smaller gardens and you never quite know where and when the next one will appear through a small gap in the hedge. Most but not all areas are planted with tulips, with a great variety in evidence but some bare patches as it's still spring. Overall its lovely and well worth a visit, I just expected it to be a bit bigger.

Very pretty garden with beautiful pond and picturesque bridge and small turret. The gardens were open to the public for the tulip festival.

Dunsborough Park is a private garden which opens a few times a year. The tulip days are very popular but the dahlia days are less well known and just as incredible. I really love this garden and always look forward to my visits every 6 months!

I have lived in this area for thirty years and never visited Dunsborough. The tulips and gardens were lovely. We spent an hour going in and out of the different paths and along the beautiful ponds. I read the previous review and was nearly put off but thank goodness I made up my own mind and decided to book. Don't worry you will have a lovely time. A great post lockdown local visit!
