I contacted Austen today after reading his reviews and recently moving into a new home with a garden I have no idea how to manage. Austen came within an hour of contacting him and did an excellent job, he cleared out both the front and back garden (weeds, fallen leaves, dead plants etc) and even gave my partner and I a run down of all the plants we’ve now got and how to care for them. He was really well humoured and very professional, will definitely be contacting him again and would recommend!

A collarbone fracture made gardening challenging and I contacted Austen, who tackled the lawn at the front and the growing jungle in the back garden with professionalism, panache, good humour and impressively performing gadgets. I am very happy with the result and have already asked him to help with further gardening work.

I was moving house and my gardener cancelled on me - but I rang Austin and he was there the very next day! Lifesaver! He was super professional, thorough, kind and understanding. He provided text/call updates about timing of arrival and when he was close to mine (which provided great reassurance given I was moving). It was an absolute delight to work with Austin. Really pleased to have found Austin - he was prompt and friendly giving good and patient advice on options to rebuild and re-site a fallen fence and gate. Absolutely delighted with the quality and speed of his work and he just got on with the job. Would very readily use again!

Austen was very responsive and followed up with me to confirm when he’d be coming. He worked quickly and did great work. I’ve been taken advantage of in the past by people overcharging because I was new to the area and wasn’t sure how much the work was cost. He was refreshingly honest. Will definitely be using his services again, so happy with the results!
