GP garden services are always reliable, well priced & professional. They have designed & planted our garden, maintained our garden, put in place our patio, fixed fencing & added drainage to our driveway. Whenever we have something outdoors that needs doing we always call them first. Jeremy & his team are first class. This year we even ordered our Christmas tree from them which was delivered free & looks beautiful. Highly recommend!

I was really pleased when GP started this great initiative to provide deliveries of compost and plants which started during lockdown. As a non-driver I can't get to garden centres even when they ARE open, so it was a great help. They solved a small problem with the plant selection quickly, promptly and without fuss. Friendly, reliable helpful company with reasonable pricing. I have previously had a quote for a slight garden redesign a while back which was very reasonable and I am looking forward to getting this done at some time in the future. Highly recommended company.

Today I received a delivery of plants and compost from GP Garden Services. I made the order online a week ago and I was kept informed about the progress of the order. The quality of the plants is good and they are from local suppliers. The delivery was safe, courteous and efficient.

Good value for money bright friendly driver who brought them into the back garden (via the side entrance) very reasonable price..AND they are still giving me pleasure all these months later!!
As always GP used their initiative to provide for the needs of their customers who were shielding or reluctant to go out shopping for non essential goods. However, were able to occupy themselves in the garden with brilliant pleasing lasting results. Thank you GP

We have used GP garden services quite a few times in the past years up until 2020-2021, cutting down a very large tree, stump removal, planting and pointing front patio tiles. Overall they have been fine.

Cutting down the tree- they cut down the tree carefully and really well. They didn't cut it to the ground (leaving a 3.5ft tree stump) but as soon as we highlighted it with a photograph(as advised) someone came the next day to cut it down to the ground level but the person forgot to put the poison down as quoted so the tree started growing back. The following year we asked them to remove the tree stump and they did as much as they possibly could with a big digger. They were here for few hrs and after they left our neighbour dug more and removed the deep rooted roots manually.

Planting- they knew about plants and trees so knew how it should be done. I didn't need to explain about it. Not many gardeners know alot about plants these days.

Pointing the front drive way - They came around saw the driveway and gave us a quote. Followed on they arranged the job to get done. The person who was assigned to do the jet washing did a fantastic job but the person who did the pointing/grouting didn't do a great job probably was in a rush. I rang the office to explain but unfortunately they were not helpful instead was rude and felt they were busy etc so I forwarded some pics of the driveway. Noone came around to clean and clear up for over a week and we couldn't/didn't want to use the driveway for that period, felt it would make it worse but we kept GP informed. We had to find parking for 3 cars up the road for over a week which at times wasn't easy as its a busy road but we managed so it was ok. They send one team, they saw the work and tried to clean but it didn't come off so they left. We received invoices few times to pay for the work so we explained the job is not complete. Instead of understanding the situation they were chasing us for a payment saying to pay for jet washing so we explained the main job was to grout the tiles and its not complete and didn't know when it will be done. They contacted us back said they can get it jet washed well so the same person came from GP the second time and jet washed the messy grout and he washed it really well, we gave our patio cleaner as well to help. GP said they will not do the pointing work and their accounts team asked us to pay for the jet washing and we did as we didn't want anyone to be out of pocket.

From the very first meeting to discuss the plans for the garden to its completion, GP Garden Services has been exceptional. Jeremy provides great knowledge and thoughtful practical ideas which were invaluable. The garden was cleared, new fences and posts installed then landscaped. The whole team involved were friendly, polite and extremely hard working. Peter’s attention to detail and ability to create a beautiful patio was second to none. I highly recommend this company for all your garden needs.

May I say how delightful Peter and Tom were when they were with me for just over 2 weeks to design and lay the new patios, edge the grass and build new flower beds. Both were very professional, diligent, helpful and friendly. Nothing seemed too much trouble and every care was taken to mind the lawn and garden whilst ensuring they provided the perfect end result. The weather was hideous and yet they pushed on where they could and didn’t complain. I am very happy to be able to write such a glowing report and say how delighted I am with the end result.
