Disgusting customer service. Told me delivery would be here three daus ago.Still waiting, cold and pregnant with small kids, and no hot water. not worth the money you save on bottles

Got exactly what I wanted in exchange for an old cylinder, which was more than I got at 2 other outlets, namely homebase & a bp garage, who were useless! Price was very reasonable too!

Agreed, disgusting customer service. I have had a faulty cooker for weeks and they just don't care that its now 5 working days before Christmas and I have nothing to cook on. You get the same old excuses time after time, with no intention to agree to replace the faulty product. Pillar to post all the time. Phone calls are costing me a fortune. Please do not use this company.

Many years and many thousands of pounds spent on gas to be told that caravan parks have a priority at this time of year and demand is at its highest ( mid May!) so I can’t have a delivery of essential gas for my hot water and heating until June. The customer service guy explained that it’s the same as if he tried to book a Sainsbury’s delivery for his old mum and they couldn’t fit it in. When I pointed out there’s a difference between essential gas and his ‘old mums’ groceries he slammed the phone down. Unfortunately I have to use them unless I source a company who cares about their customers.

Wednesday the 10-06-2021 i Placed a order on our account for 3 cylinders to be collected from our Strood site with exchange on a 47kg and a 13kg patio gas cylinder i was given a date of 16-06-21 delivery/collection with a follow up text on 10th 06 that my delivery would be between 8.00 and 11.30 that was kept but took all 3 Cylinders, And just left a 47kg that I didn't really need but would be a backup for our profile machine the patio gas cylinder was the important one as being used for my daughters engagement Barbeque on Saturday 19th So contacted Calor Sittingbourne to be told i only ordered a 47kg when i told the sales assistant or Saturday boy that he repeated my order back to me. He then back tracked to say that 13kg cylinders were in short supply So in short they have stolen my 13kg cylinder that i paid the deposit on leaving me to find a different supplier that we haven't yet found having to pay a further deposit ruining my daughters engagement party (A big Well Done Calor gas Sittingbourne) your a complete disgrace if i treated my customers as you have treated me i would be out of business by now.Update 18-06-21 just chasing patio gas order up with sittingbourne depot to be told there is no cylinders available when I mentioned there is a delivery of gas cylinders across the road from my house with 30 patio gas cylinders sitting on there lorry he went quit for a minute and then asked how I new that answer I have photos.this post wont let me publish photos so they are on are Fb page flame cut Blanks showing what lies they tell update calor Sittongborne collected there unused 47kg cylinder on 21-07-2021 returning our empty 13kg that they stole. And now hounding me for its charge £72.00 and threatening me with legal action complete messers ideal case for Judge Rinder.

I Drove 15 Miles to see a sign to say Closed On line it said I was open. I rang the number I was told deliveries only I as if they could deliver 2 Bottles to the Gate nope. Then a little van pulled up man gets out takes out a bottle knocks On the door they let him in he pays the open the back gets give a new bottle of gas . I rang again and ask the Question they said we can only serve special customers Look I can go and buy a Tent a cooker a camping chair a bike in fact anything Camping At go outdoors But I cannot buy a Bottle of Calor Gas for heating ? There was no rime or reason for not selling Gas it is Esensual and to cap it all they were saying go to other places to buy it beggars belief
