George fixed our problem, he does the job well.

However, we got their contact through plumbing immediately, GBSE, this company charged a lot, and only pays a little to the worker, around 20 percent of the whole bill. we charged for 640.8 pounds in total at the end. And Plumbing Immediately didn't send us a proper guy to work out for it.
So I don't understand where the money goes, and it obviously doesn't worth for it.

I don't know what is the connection between Sutton and Plumbing Immediately, please ask carefully before you call out for them.

The technician solved our boiler problem.

However, the company charges 640£ in total for fixing the boiler within 30 minutes (just replacing a small pressure valve solved it).

The 640£ charge includes two 69£ call-out (with the first call-out did nothing and second call-out is the technician), 298£ for technician working an hour, 49£ for a small valve replacement, plus 10% administration fee (what the hell is that?) and 20% VAT, which ends up as (2 * 69 + 298 + 49) * 110% * 120% = 640£.

The company did not explain clearly these charges before fixing and refused to explain clearly these charges after fixing.

The company insist the customer paying 640£ without explanation and give no respect to the customer with completely ignorant attitude.

The technician only works half an hour which is 149£, but the company insists the technician works 1 hour because they start to count from the technician leaves the company which means even the traffic time spent is counted into the time.

The company is making use of all ways to bring extra charge to the customer.

So please pay attention, sincerely.

George and his colleagues have installed a water heater and put in new pipes for me when a gas leak was detected. They are conscientious about the high standard of the work they carry out and safety issues. Also, they are careful to clean up afterwards. Highly recommended.

Very reliable plumber. I had a problem with hot water on Saturday, George came to check straightaway and suggested a few options with detailed pros and cons.
He removed the old cold water tank and hot water cylinder, and installed a new hot water system next week. He kept the place tidy and treated everything with respect while working.
His work transformed the entire water system in the flat - not only producing hot water efficiently, but also created much more space in the cupboard, eliminated damp odour, and dramatically improved cold/hot water pressure! I am so pleased that I followed his advice and will ask Sutton Plumbing for help again if I have water problem in the future.

George is aan excellent plumber, professional and polite. Could not fault his workmanship, clean, conscientious no time wasting. Gave me a quote and stuck with it. Would recommend him without hesitation.
