Our boiler failed late on Wednesday evening one call to R&F and the guys came out at 9pm what an excellent service provided diagnosing the fault and providing the spare part. All at a very far price so very pleased and we highly recommend based on our excellent experience using R&F experienced engineers. Thanks.

R&F turned up on a weekend for an emergency call. Tried their best to fix the problem, however unfortunately the boiler required more work to be done by BAXI. They didnt charge me for the call out, nothing but praise for the guy who turned up.

At a time when every company I call gave me excuses as to why I could not be seen, R&F made time there and then on the same day! I explained the problem with my boiler, they told me they would get to me later that day and would message me when 30 mins away. Perfect!

Upon arrival Tahir was very friendly, helpful and got us up and running there and then! He also gave us some great advice on what we should do in future to keep maintenance up.

Brilliant customer service and got the job done. Will definitely be using in future and would 100% recommend to anyone else!

I have to say WOW!!! I rang this morning at 8:45am but then noticed opening hours from 9am. I hung up and sent a text explaining that my boiler had stopped heating and had an error code.

At 8:59am the engineer called me back. Asked if I was in now and could be with me in 5-10 mins!

He arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, fixed it and was finished and gone by 9:45am!!

Very happy with the price too!

I had been told by other companies it would be at least early next week and would have cost more, just for the call out charge!

Phoned them and they came out same day so impressed. Lovely guy explained everything and my best option of repair (which he directed ne back to the manufacturer of my boiler) so honest and will be using this company for my boiler services. Good price to for call out. Thank you

Brilliant service from R&F. Within 2 hours of the first call, Tahir had arrived, diagnosed the problem, fit the new part and tested the entire system. Heating fixed, reasonable price and great service. I would definitely recommend.
