I've used Jordan a number of times now including installing a new boiler in our kitchen. He's always turned up when advised and has carried out the work to a high standard. Excellent communication and competitively priced and have recommended to our neighbours .

Jordan has installed and serviced mine and my family's heating systems for years now. He is well experienced and have always felt confident with his advice and work. such a reliable and friendly person to invite into the home. Would recommend!!

Excellent and reliable service. We've used The Complete Heating Company twice now as we were so impressed with their service the first time. Our most recent job was complex due to the age of our house and system but that didn't phase them and they were great at talking us through the various options and solutions. They were extremely professional, friendly and responsive throughout (especially when lots of other traders seem to just let you down). Cannot recommend enough.

I’ve used these guys for years, jordan services my boiler every year and recently did a complete boiler replacement for my elderly parents. He very knowledgable, polite and punctual. He’s gone on to do work for several of my friends and family members. I won’t use anyone else.

he turned up on time was impressed with that had a look round house , we told him wanted to pick are own boiler and radiators, he sort of agreed to that , had to chase up the quote after he left it a wk later then gave me a quote late at night , 2/3/20 i queried a few things he had said compared to another gasman ie about power flush of system and kw of boiler needed etc, he replied with im withdrawing my quote and dont want further involvement ??? so all in all waste of time.. so looks like dont ask any questions or your quotes dropped just like that ??

Jordan advised on best options for heating and old and inefficient house. Highly recommended and has gone on to complete work for family and friends who will also highly recommend.

Fantastic response from both the boiler manufacture and Jordan of the Complete Heating Co. Within 16 hours of the site survey performed by Jordan we had received a formal report, quotation and timing for the new boiler installation. Jordan arrived on the date and time for the work, was very professional, clean and thorough . The site was left very clean with all packaging and old boiler parts removed. The boiler ( Vaillant ) worked a treat and extremely quiet, so much so that we can hear the next door boiler in operation above our unit. Great company and highly recommended.
