Huge thanks to Jay who came and resolved a gas leak at our flat last week. He was great communicating and came the following morning to see the issue. It was fixed within 24 hours.
It wasn’t what was originally thought and so Jay re looked at what he needed to do which also saved us a lot of pennies! Definitely not out there to rip you off!

Needed a plumber/ heating engineer for a gas boiler service and JP Heating answered the call.
Jay phoned the day before to confirm the time he would be at the property and arrived on time.

Recently had Jay install a new boiler for us and carry out a chemical flush of the system. So pleased with the work he has carried out. Always contactable in the whole process from quote to installation and explained it all. Top quality work and will definitely be using for all my future work regarding heating and servicing. Can’t recommend enough. Shame not all tradesmen are like Jay.

We've had an issue with our boiler randomly switching off. Not ideal at this time of the year with a wife thats housebound. Had several people try and figure it out, without success.

Our boiler literally packed up one cold morning and after messaging Jay, he was there within 30 mins to take a look - talking us through options and getting a new boiler, even fitting us to complete the work.

He put in the new system within 72 hours - his customer service is outstanding, not pushy but clear and helpful.

If I could give Jay more than 5 stars, absolutely would - what a gem!
