My boiler suddenly stopped working and I was desperate to get hold of an engineer. After asking around for numbers I was let down by about 4 engineers who promised to turn up but didn't. However, I managed to find Kem on British Gas's Local Hero's who called me and came out withing an hour. He came out and diagnosed the issue straight away and fixed it with ease. He explained everything he was doing and was completely transparent on the work carried out. He was very punctual, polite and professional. I would recommend Kem to anybody out there and will definitely use his services again. A++++ Service!

Boiler needed an annual service. Went through Local Heroes who put me in touch with Kem from Ontime CMS. Communication was good and a quote provided for the job and an appointment booked. On the appointment day, Kem arrived promptly, was professional, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. Carried out a thorough service of the boiler, informed me of what he had done, and fully answered any other questions I had. Kem did a fantastic job and clearly takes pride in his work. I am happy to have found someone as diligent as Kem and this is whom I plan on using again in the future for any gas servicing needs. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kem and Ontime CMS. Our boiler needed to be replaced following leakeage and low pressure. Kem was so helpful and thoroughly explained what was wrong with it, and made recommendations as to what to do next. During the installation, he was friendly, professional and trustworthy. We are really happy with his services and we'll definitely continue to rely on him for all-boiler related issues. We now also have a digital thermostat which works great, thanks to him!!

Kemal is not only excellent at his job but he’s also extremely professional, a perfectionist and offers 1st class service. One of a kind tradesman! I first hired Kemal for a combi-boiler servicing and he did an amazing job. He has since returned to fix additional issues requested and will definitely be hiring him for more jobs. Punctual, tidy, friendly, super easy to communicate with!
