Lifesaver. Safgas got me out of a fix when my boiler stopped working... no hot water, no heating, not fun. Scott came out at very short notice and sorted it out. Good communication from the start, very professional and a very fair price for such a fantastic service. I will use again and I highly recommend.

I was recommended SAFGas through a work colleague who had his boiler and central heating system replaced. I cannot praise Fran and Scott highly enough. The quality of the work Scott completed was better than I could have imagined.We had a boiler serviced, two radiators replaced / relocated. His attention to detail, thought process, he was never rushed and always focussed on making the work the best it can be. He gave advise and went that extra mile I feel (maybe that was me supplying the tea and hot cross bun?!) From start to finish our experience with SAFGas was fantastic, they did everything they promised to do and in a really friendly and personal manner. Our particular job was in a difficult location and yet we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. Scott and Fran even stayed late on the first day to make sure we had hot water overnight! The job was done to a high standard and everything was left as tidy as they'd found it. We have used Scott and Fran for many years now and have always been extremely happy with the work they have done and the fact they notify me when my service is due. Last week my boiler started playing up and finally stopped working. Between Fran and Scott they tried to fix the problems but the number of failures meant it was not economical to repair. As it was a combi boiler we had no heating or hot water and Scott moved his next days jobs to fit a new boiler. We now have a warm house and hot water. I can’t praise them both enough. We had our Worcester boiler serviced by SAF Gas as we were concerned that previous services were not being carried out properly. Fran did the service and was an absolute pleasure! She was so efficient and worked away so quietly that I hardly knew she was there. She had to go to a great deal of effort removing a cupboard door, shelving and a power socket just to access the boiler panel, something that our previous service engineer had never done. She explained everything she was doing and left everything spotless when she finished. We couldn't be more pleased with the service and would highly recommend SAF Gas to others who want a thorough and professional job doing.

Excellent service, we have recently renovated a horsebox that needed gas, we had a few tradesmen advise it wasn't something they would do. However SAFGas were really supportive, honest, reliable and excellent value for money. They have proactively reached out since to see how we're getting on and we'll be using them for any future projects.
