Delighted with the service I've had today. Rang through yesterday and was given an appointment time and the name and description of the engineer. My boiler is fixed, set up correctly (which it wasn't)and safe. Very happy would definitely recommend this company.

The boiler in one of my properties was broken on Saturday night. I have managed to get someone to come in to replace the broken pipe on Sunday, but the gas engineer didn’t thoroughly check the problem. As a result, the boiler was broken again after just 3-hours’ running.

Some of my colleagues have recommended David A. Farrer Ltd. I phoned them the first thing on Monday morning to try to arrange a visit. Despite the rather short notice during a hectic time of the year, the amiable lady over the phone helped to arrange David to come over in the afternoon.

David came in and fixed our problem straight away. He did a good throughout service for our boiler. He gave a full explanation of what he was doing and was happy to answer any question we have.

It turned out the gas engineer we have been used for the last four years has never done a proper boiler service for us, which in turn could cause us much bigger damage if we didn’t get to David.

In the end, David did an excellent job by fixing our problem at a very reasonable price. We are very happy with the professional and friendly service provided by David.

We have now booked David to service our boiler in another house and will be contacting him again for future plumbing work.

I have had a boiler replaced by Mark and Chris. I must say I am so pleased with the work they have done. They tidied up and took everything away. You wouldn’t know they had been. Chuffed to bits. Would highly recommend.

Not interested in helping in a time of need, not intrested in reparing a boiler only interested in selling a new unit. Poor report of work, poor attitude of engineer and left us feeling robbed. Would not recommend them at all.

This Company did not respond over the 2022 Holiday period (understandable) because when my boiler failed on 24th Dec at 2pm they were closed until 3rd January. I therefore left a voicemail and as of 12th January they STILL have not responded. The voicemail message advised folks they were back at work on the 3rd Jan. Calls to that number on the 3rd Jan were unobtainable and later - when i could get through - still had the same voicemail message saying they were open on the 3rd Jan.

Dreadful Service.

I booked for a cooker to be fitted into my kitchen. From start to finish, they were very professional. I would highly recommend.
