DKS Gas Heating Plumbing

Can highly recommend DKSGasHeatingPlumbing. We needed a new boiler and messaged Dan .He replied promptly,came,clearly explained what needed doing and gave us a reasonable quote which we accepted.
He did an excellent job working non stop until everything was completed to his high standards of workmanship- safety being of prime importance.
Dan was cheerful, pleasant and always courteous.
Everything was left clean and tidy and all rubbish removed

I just got a top quality new Baxi boiler installation, 10 year parts and labour warranty, affordable price, completed in 2 days, no extras charged, low annual service charge to maintain warranty.

Phoned Dan at DKS, Gas Safe Registered, local heating engineer, as our 15 year old Worcester gas boiler was leaking badly, repair options were identified, but decided it was more cost effective to replace, avoiding ongoing repairs and giving my wife and me complete peace of mind.

I was suffering with a major arthritis flare up at the time and could hardly move, Dan was very kind and understanding and even made me a cup of tea and got my medication for me during the installation. Completely trustworthy.

We had a towel/ radiator installed by a previous plumber who had made a complete hash of the pipework so rather than get him back to come and right it all we decided to try DKS gas services to put our minds at rest.
Dan turned up and was willing to carry out the job and was very informative as to how we could have the job done that would make it look great.
Arranged a time and day that suited and he turned up on the day and time we had arranged and carried out the work.
Dan fitted the radiator with hardly any pipework showing and he was very careful when drilling the tiles and his work ethic was second to none.
He made sure the job was perfect and the standard of his work was outstanding and he was methodical with his work.
Dan offered to remove the radiator for myself to fill and decorate behind and was willing to return in his own time to refit and refill the system.
I chose to fill and repair and paint behind the radiator as I could get behind to do so.
What can I say but he is a genuine professional guy and I would recommend him to anyone wanting work to be done.
We have other works that we will be wanting to get done in the near future so now we have a great guy who we can have trust in and get the job done properly.

5 stars don't do Dan justice. He went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve my initial boiler issue and also resolved a couple of ongoing issues while he was here.

First class service, attended very promptly. After inspecting the boiler and finding the problem he found a new part from the supplier but he thought it was very expensive, he rang round and then went out of his way to collect the same part £100 cheaper! Great service always kept me informed with what was happening,and at a very reasonable price, will be calling him every time I have a boiler/ plumbing problem.Highly recommended.
