Well I really didn't want to have to write a review like this but after asking them to get in touch on several occasions its now had to come to this.
So, we asked them to replace a shower pump for a more powerful pump.
To be fair, they came out, on time, did the work well and left.
Unfortunately, my other half was at work while the work was carried out and when she came home and tried the shower out she said the power really wasn't much different from what it was.
Now , bearing in mind, we paid around £700 and to have a pump that wasn't much different to what we had was quite disappointing.
I'm in sales myself and I wanted to be fair to them, so I wrote an email stating our issue and asking if they could provide a buy back and I would have been happy to pay the difference and to pay the additional labour.
3 emails later, nothing, not a dicky bird. Just completely ignored.
We were also expecting a quote to have a towel rail installed but they haven't bothered with this either.
They have just taken the money and run.
Very shameful and shocking customer service.
Its very hard to find a decent plumber and I would not advise using this company in future.

Such a lovely plumber i had from worthing i think he was from, didn't catch his name but he is a shortly guy, black brown hair with glasses.

Top customer service & highly friendly person can't fault him one bit.

Very friendly and professional. Flexibility to attend my needs to book boiler service and very punctual on agreed time. Mark was excellent with the service tasks and did not hesitate to share his knowledge on improvements needed on recent installations.

The engineer that attended to carry out our gas and boiler safety check was extremely friendly, warm and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to recommend their services!

We used XBG to install our combi and always use them to service it....would not use anyone else....cannot fault the service we receive from Mark at XBG.
