I rarely leave reviews but I really feel this company deserves some praise. We have just signed up to their very competitive boiler insurance and I’m so impressed by their service already. The man who came and fixed my boiler was an absolute pleasure, very professional even when I exploded egg (...don’t ask 🤦🏽‍♀️). I will be recommending this company to everyone.

Finally found a company that didn't let us down. Turned up on time and in uniform. My partner and kids felt safe whilst the men did their job. Polite and friendly but most of all they cleaned up after the job was done. Well recommended.

When I rang Soper Plumbing and heating the gentlemen was reassuring and extremely helpful, booked an engineer who turned up on time and who explained the problem and rectified the leak really quickly. Great service, nice people and would definitely recommend using this local firm.

I discovered a leaking pipe to our bathroom. A two man team arrived very shortly after my call to diagnose and immediately ordered the part that was required. This arrived and was fitted swiftly and everyone involved was polite, friendly and super efficient. Second time I've had to call Sopers who impressed on both occasions.

Very professional company. Phones answered promptly by friendly, helpful staff. No delay in getting the plumber out. He arrived on time, completed the job with no fuss. He kept me updated with what he was doing. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I chose to use this company for home emergency service. I'm a single parent and had my dad on hand for any emergency but sadly he recently passed away so needed to feel safe in the case of a problem. My toilet broke and wouldn't flush, I only have one toilet with a 14 year old daughter and it was a Saturday morning. I called the emergency number but could only reach a generic EE phone message telling me to leave a message. There was no hint or advice on what to do, I didn't know that the number was correct, whether they would answer, get back to me or whether they would do anything, their website said they were closed.'ve never had to use a service like this panicked and called an emergency number and paid £200 to fix the problem. I phoned on the Monday to report my experience and was told I should have left a message as they don't respond unless you do and apparently EE had reset their voicemail without their knowledge. I was covered in my policy if I had left a message to a number that could have been anyone and waited for that mystery service to phone back for however long it took for them to listen to said message. Unfortunately I cannot continue to pay for a service that can't be trusted.

I switched to this company when British Gas boiler/ radiator / gas fire annual care package went up and also added £75 for a gas fire check, about 18 months ago. My annual checks have been efficient, but last week my boiler started leaking and I did an emergency call. A visit was offered within the hour! Flood stopped. So impressed. New part ordered and fitted, free under my cover. Lovely staff, great local service for Plymouth.
