Contacted Dean after looking on line for boiler repair man. He came same day and assessed the fault, diagnosed the problem. Ordered the part and replaced it as soon as it came. .... he totally lives up to his reviews and I will not hesitate to call on him again. His prices were exceptionally reasonable and a very reliable chap.

Dean was amazing! I would highly recommend him! He was due to come round on a set day to install our oven but managed to fit us in 2 days beforehand! He was so polite and friendly, really helpful and his work is of really high standard! Thanks again Dean!

I contacted Dean at Apex Gas Services, to check on my boiler, which was having fluctuating pressure readings. Not only did Dean visit within an hr or two of calling, he did an amazing job. He even returned a couple of days later ro replace a faulty kitchen tap. Dean is a thoroughly nice, genuine guy, whom I can recommend without hesitation. Thanks again!

Save yourself the time and effort of ringing around and getting nowhere and just give Dean at Apex Gas Services a call. Trust me, you won't regret it.
After years of longstanding issues with my boiler and multiple quotes for a replacement/fitting, I'd almost given up. As a single Dad of 3, it's been hard to keep going, never mind finding the money for a new boiler. I came across Dean's number when the boiler was finally about to give up the ghost and the service I received from that moment on was impeccable from start to finish.
I explained the situation to him and asked he'd drop by at his convenience to come and take a look. He could hear the kids in the background and was genuinely concerned that we faced the potential of having no hot water or heating over the weekend. This was late Friday afternoon when I called and obviously wasn't expecting him to drop everything and attend right away. I was expecting Monday or early the next week.
Within 20 minutes he'd arrived at my door, within 60 minutes he'd diagnosed a faulty part which was causing the intermittent failure. He managed to get it working temporarily, so that we could use it overnight. The next morning he returned with a replacement part, fitted it and we've had no problems with it since.
So not only did he give up his own time to help us out, he could've also sold and fitted me a new boiler that I didn't need.
Genuine tradesman and people are very few and far between these days, hence the 5 star review.
The money I saved from not having to replace the boiler has paid for a rare and well-earned family holiday for us all.
He'll be the only plumber / gas engineer in my phone book book from now on. Top guy, top service, top job!

I phoned Dean for problems I was having with my combi boiler after reading his reviews. Dean was very polite and professional, arrived on time and got on with the job servicing the boiler. When an unexpected issue arose with the boiler Dean talked me through what it was and gave me a solution to the problem. He really did go above and beyond, sourcing and going to collect what was needed so he could fix it the same day. I really can't recommend Dean enough and he will definitely be my first port of call in the future.

I had a boiler problem that needed urgent attention and Dean attended to it promptly. His communication is good and efficient, and he keeps to his word. He patiently explains what the problem is and what options are available, while considering ways to minimise cost and maximise efficiency. I am one very happy customer and highly recommend Dean/Apex Gas Services.

We have a Corgi Home Plan insurance, and Dean came to our house just before Christmas. We have had hot water problems with our combi-boiler since it was installed about 5 or 6 years ago, and Dean is the first engineer who took the trouble to identify the root of the problem and sort it out properly (including an additional visit over the weekend to double-check everything). Will definitely use him again if and when necessary, and happy to highly recommend him.

Dean was great came out to my broken boiler the next day, and 2 days later he worked a Saturday so I didn't have to miss work and had me up and running with the new boiler. Provided the gas cert and everything that would be expected. Didn't ask for any up front payments. Is friendly, tidy and trustworthy, I left him in the house while I popped out. I would highly recommend.
