After struggling to get my boiler fixed with another plumber, who never showed up when they said they would and didn’t resolve the problem when they did. I was so relieved to find J Radford Plumbing & Heating. John quickly found the root of the issue and had it resolved quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable and competitive rate. Excellent service, managed to get seen late on Fri, had problem with boiler very promptly fixed. Would definitely use again if needed.

I managed to put a nail through a gas pipe one fine Sunday morning. Rang round a few gas engineers but nothing doing until the next day. Rang John who said he'd pop round within the hour after finishing his current job. True to his word, really helpful guy, no fuss, fixed the pipe, fair price, sorted. Very happy. Will use again (hopefully under different circumstances).

Wonderful service, we were without heating and Mr Radford came as soon as he could, promptly fixed the problem at a fair price . Would thoroughly recommend him and will be calling on him again at our next need

Called John to get a quote on some work, He said he was in the area and would be round in an hour or so. Wasn't expecting anything to be done so fast. Was very easy to talk to on the phone. 100% recommend his business.

John came out at very short notice at weekend to a rental property where a boiler had broken down. He was able to fix the boiler quickly without parts and charged a very modest call out fee. Can highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Jon was very good on the phone and when in person at our place. Sorted out the problem with our boiler and came back once more to sort out some minor persisting issues.
