Bhavin came and took a look at a half-finished boiler installation, and immediately took initiative to complete the installation. No mess, and very positive in his approach. He had the boiler and underfloor heating system commissioned within 4hours of arriving to our home, and even confirmed that the previous gas engineer's suggestion of changing our pipework would not have been necessary. Thank goodness we asked Bhavin for a second opinion! Thanking you and the team - we'd been off heating for almost 8 weeks prior to this due to an incompetent gas engineer!

The engineer is so professional yet polite person. We have used his services few times and absolutely satisfied with service he provided. Quiet reasonable in-terms of charges compare to his Knowledge of boiler system.
