Craig and team have always been reliable and have provided quality workmanship and reasonable quotes for all of the jobs that they have completed for me. Ranging from new toilet installations, full boiler replacement to changing radiators and the odd leak he is always the first person I will contact to provide a solution. He always gives an honest opinion on work and i fully trust his ability to get the job done without hesitation. Highly recommended as a local, efficient and personable plumber!

Craig & two of his team came out today and despite appalling weather, worked well to fit a new outside tap.

They also sorted out a bathroom tap that had seized and a service to a gas boiler.

All completed quickly & efficiently and without causing any mess. Happy to recommend.

I left this on their Facebook page, but thought it worth putting here too: Just wanted to say how pleased we were with the work that Craig and his team carried out on an overhaul of the pipework from our combi, with replacement radiators. Very friendly and the work carried out without any delay or problems. The quality of the workmanship evidenced by the pipework is arranged to the radiators to give a good finish. A big appeal for choosing Crosby Heating & Gas over others (not only, again, the friendly service) but also Craig's familiarity with the style of housing stock in the area, and steps he went to to keep disruption and making good to a minimum. Also worth a mention that the quality of radiators are probably the best you can get and have made the house much warmer. They did a lot of work for us in just one day which I was pretty amazed about. I am now very happy to know a gas and heating company that I can trust, and I will be looking to drop our current big national boiler cover in favour of using and supporting Crosby Heating & Gas instead.

Very impressed with the friendly and professional service provided by Craig and his team. We needed a faulty water valve replacing at short notice as it was leaking. Craig was able to fit us in very quickly and did an excellent job and provided good value for money; would highly recommend.

Craig and his team have recently completed a commercial fit out project for The Aesthetics Hub in Crosby Village. It was a challenging project but it has been completed to the highest standard. Craig was very proactive throughout, excellent at communicating (very important due to multiple visits and stages of the project) and added real value to the project . His team always arrived on time and were very efficient. The quality of their work has been exceptional. I highly recommend Crosby Heating and Gas for domestic and commercial projects.

Craig and the lads at Crosby Heating & Gas helped move a number of pipes as well as fit a few radiators as part of my kitchen knock through last year. All the lads were on time, worked very hard, cleaned up after themselves and we're nice lads too. Afterwards I recommended Crosby Heating & Gas to my mum and dad when they needed a new boiler and they completed this job as well as the installation of at least 10 radiators and my mum and dad were delighted. I've also used them for a gas safety check certificate in one of my other properties. These lads are the only people I'd use for any heating/gas work in the future.

Craig and his team fit a new boiler in November for me. They were efficient and mindful of the house, keeping everywhere clean. They did a really good job and I'd recommend fully.

The boiler broke down less than 2 weeks before Christmas and thinking that we would be spending it without heating and hot water, how lucky we were to find Crosby Heating. Craig was able to fit a new boiler just 4 days later. Craig and his team worked tirelessly and did a superb job, replacing all the pipework from the boiler to the highest standard.
