When my old boiler stopped producing hot water I called Plumbgas as I had used them a few times before and had always been impressed with the friendly efficient service I had received.
Chris came along and diagnosed problem and discussed best way forward being as my boiler was 15 years old.
It was decided the sensible option was to fit a new boiler.
Jon came up with a very competitive quote and managed to book me in very quickly as we were without hot water.
The new boiler was fitted by Jack who made a very tidy job of installing and was very professional and efficient.
Once installed he also balanced all radiators and talked me through operation of boiler and controls.
All in all would have no hesitation in recommending Plumbgas an extremely professional company.

Very helpful office staff and rapid arrival of engineer to evaluate my boiler issues. Quickly assessed the fault and gave great advice for the options open to me. New boiler decided upon and ordered, it was fitted within a couple of days by a knowledgeable and professional engineer. Arrived bang on time, polite and got straight to work, he completed the job with no fuss, took away the old boiler and cleaned the workspace. He then took the time to give a comprehensive brief on the user manual and any follow up if required. Great Job Plumbgas excellent service, thank you.

I was impressed the level of detail taken about the fault and the speed of response was exceptional. Dave attended got right onto the work and helpfully showed me images to show what the fault was and what work has been done. Would not hesitate to recommend and use their services again

Dave from Plumb Gas Stafford replaced a faulty part on our bathroom sink. He was friendly and efficient and it was completed in less than the time quote. Very pleased - highly recommend this company. The office staff are also friendly and helpful.

Excellent service! Both the lady from Customer Service and Mick, the engineer, were very nice and friendly. The boiler needed a service which was done thoroughly and in a timely manner. We have also received some tips on how to set up the temperatures on the boiler so that we can save some money on gas bills.
I will certainly use Plumbgas again!

My first experience of Plumbgas was for our annual boiler service. I would like to start by commenting that the Admin team who book the appointments are exceptional and very friendly. It was the company director that visited us Jon Byram for the service, very professional and a really nice person. Secondly we had a leak on Boxing Day, Karen in the admin team was amazing and very efficient, Jack Cross one of the team came out to see us and again extremely professional but also very easy to get along with. Issue wasn't resolved first visit but certainly not due to poor workmanship. The team sent another plumber after the festive period without further charge and the issue is now resolved. I can honestly say this is a top rate company with some great people who work for them. I highly recommend them. 👌

An outstanding & exceptional company who go above & beyond expectations.
We had a totally new central heating system installed in an old farmhouse. I initially spoke to Jon who was super quick at getting back to me with a detailed quote, which also ended up being the most competitive out of the very many we had.
From start to finish, both the administration side from Karen and the plumbing side was flawless and efficient. It was planned by Jon like an army mission… exact dates, notified who was coming out the night before, notified when starting out the following day and also to track them en route.
It was a fantastic and happy team of really lovely plumbers… Jon, Ollie, Chris, Dave Mark & Chad who were brilliant - they all worked extremely hard and literally non-stop. They made such a neat and professional job of the boiler & central heating installation. We were overwhelmingly impressed… particularly when we turned on the heating for the first time, we couldn’t believe how warm the house was after being like a fridge for so long!
They started the job when they said they would and finished when they said they would… and to an amazingly high standard.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PlumbGas… you definitely won’t be disappointed… don’t waste your time looking elsewhere.
